Research

My research focuses on topics related to user interface testing and agile software engineering methodologies. I have published papers on a wide variety of related topics, including test-driven development of user interfaces, support for development of multi-surface environments, API usability, and software testing and agile software engineering generally.

I am also involved with the NSERC SurfNet Strategic Network through the LEET and UITDD projects and the TableNOC application.

Work

I do part-time project management both for the Agile Software Engineering lab at the UofC and for VizworX, Inc., a software development consultancy. I have supervised 7 projects between the two, with teams ranging from 2 to 7 members.
