Research
My research focuses on topics related to usability testing of user interfaces, using low-fidelity prototyping tools. Low-fidelity prototyping ranges from pen and paper prototyping to simple sketches on a tablet. Often times this form of prototyping is more effective for discovering major usability flaws. ActiveStory Enhanced (ASE) is a tool I've developed that provides tablet-based lo-fi prototyping support and allows testing of these prototypes over the web. It also collects various usability data and provides a reporting mechanism. You can download ASE here, or read about my MSc. work on automated testing of lo-fi prototypes here.
